General Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all travel planning and booking services provided by

Magical Adventures by Staci (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client(s) (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By

requesting, booking, or paying for travel arrangements through the Agency, you agree to be bound by

this Agreement.

1. Role of Magical Adventures by Staci The Agency acts solely as an independent travel advisor and

booking intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including cruise lines,

airlines, hotels and resorts, theme park operators, tour companies, transportation companies, and

insurance providers. Suppliers are solely responsible for providing the travel products and services

purchased. The Agency does not own, operate, or control any Supplier and is not responsible for their

acts, errors, or omissions.

2. Quotes, Prices, and Availability All quotes are subject to change until payment is made. Prices are

not guaranteed until paid in full. Availability may change at any time. Promotional rates may have

additional restrictions. Currency fluctuations and tax changes may affect final cost.

3. Payments & Client Authorization By providing payment information, you authorize the Agency to

charge your payment method for requested travel arrangements. Deposits may be non-refundable.

Final payment dates are set by Suppliers. Failure to make payment may result in automatic

cancellation.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds All cancellation and refund policies are governed by the

Supplier. Cancellation penalties may begin immediately. Discounted fares may be 100%

non-refundable. No-shows receive no refund.

5. Travel Insurance (Ohio Disclosure) You have been advised of the availability of optional travel

insurance. Purchasing insurance is not required. If you decline, you accept full responsibility for all

losses. Coverage may be time-sensitive.

6. Travel Documents & Identification You are responsible for valid ID, passports, visas, and health

documents. Most countries require six months passport validity beyond return. Failure to comply may

result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Health, Medical and Special Needs You are responsible for assessing fitness to travel and consulting

your physician. The Agency is not responsible for illness-related travel disruptions.

8. Changes to Itineraries Suppliers may change schedules or services due to operational needs,

weather, or other factors beyond Agency control.9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, the Agency shall not be liable for

injury, loss, or inconvenience arising from Supplier acts or force majeure. Liability shall not exceed fees

paid to the Agency.

10. Client Conduct Suppliers may remove travelers for misconduct without refund.

11. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes You agree not to initiate chargebacks for disclosed

non-refundable costs or dissatisfaction with Supplier services.

12. Governing Law & Venue This Agreement is governed by Ohio law. Any dispute shall be brought

exclusively in Stark County, Ohio.

13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance By booking travel with Magical Adventures by Staci, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
